This article pertains to the Do-Gooders Committee's Barrington Variety Show on October 19th, 2019.
The Do-Gooders Committee, chaired by Joel Sherburne, is hosting its annual Barrington Variety Show at Barrington Middle School on October 19th, 2019 starting at 6:30 PM to benefit American Legion Post 114 and the Barrington Food Pantry. The proceeds will be split equally between the two organizations that do a lot of good in Barrington, New Hampshire. There will be music, food, and comedy at the show, which starts at 7:00 PM.
The lineup will start with Carolyn & Friends, who were at the Calef’s 150th Event performing Bluegrass, Country, and Gospel Music. Next will be Bob Chadbourne, an excellent Piano player. After that, Don Smith will tell country stories, followed by the Barrington Line Dancers. There will be special presentations after that, and then finally the event will close out with a special tribute for Veterans by the American Legion Post 114.
Tickets for Adults will be $7.00, reserved $10.00. Seniors (65 & older) and children (under 12) $5.00. Tickets are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Calef’s Country Store, and at the door.
